Deposits and gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and can only be applied to tattoo services.
To reschedule, you must notify your artist 72 hours prior to your tattoo appointment.
Deposit will be completely forfeited if you reschedule more than once.
You must be at least 18 years old, with government issued identification to be tattooed. No exceptions.
